打造宜业宜居的乡村振兴示范村——以南通市永北村为例

Building a Rural Revitalization Demonstration Village Boasting Development of Industry and Affluence of Life--A Case Study of Yongbei Village of Nantong City

党的十九大报告中提出实施乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴,产业是基础,是第一要素,产业兴旺带动农业农村发展,创造经济效益,反哺农村建设;生活富裕和生态宜居是乡村振兴的目的,乡风文明和治理有效是乡村振兴的体现。所以说,乡村振兴归根到底是有充足的资金投入、良好的管理运营,注重文化,提高百姓素质,培养特色产业,要留得住农村人,又能吸引城市人来旅游、投资、工作、生活等。近些年,永北村通过引进高端农业、精致农业、生态农业,清退污染工业企业,大力发展旅游业,不断提升村庄治理水平,实现民风朴素,乡风文明,通过工程振兴、人才振兴、管理振兴,依托崇明生态岛优势,吸引国内外游客,逐步提升村容村貌,打造成出门即是景,镇村高度融合,产业相对突出,百姓宜业宜居,生活富裕富足。

In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,it is proposed to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,in which industry is the foundation and the first element.Industrial prosperity promotes agricultural and rural development,creates economic benefits,and feeds rural construction;affluence and ecological livability are the purpose of rural revitalization,and rural civilization and effective governance are the embodiment of rural revitalization.Therefore,in the final analysis,the revitalization of rural areas is to have sufficient capital investment,good management and operation,focus on cultural life,improve the quality of the people,cultivate characteristic industries,and retain rural people in villages with strong nostalgia.It can also attract urban people to travel,invest,work,live,and so on.In recent years,Yongbei Village has,through the introduction of high-end agriculture,exquisite agriculture and ecological agriculture,eliminated industrial enterprises from pollution,vigorously developed tourism,continuously improved the level of village governance,enhanced village civilization with simple folk customs,and has,through the revitalization of projects,talents and management,relying on the advantages of Chongming Ecological Island,attracting domestic and foreign tourists,gradually improving the appearance of the village,and creating a high degree of integration of towns and villages,so as to realize the development of industry and affluence of life for people.
