我国农村生态环境治理对策研究

农村生态环境是农民赖以生存的基础,我国农村地区的经济在高速发展的同时,日常生产生活产生的大量废弃物,对农村的生态环境造成极大的影响,对农村生态环境进行治理刻不容缓、意义重大。针对目前我国农村生态环境治理过程中存在的问题,可以从明确规划引导、增强环保意识、理清权责关系、加强协商沟通、加大监督力度、提高资金科技投入这6个方面展开行动,推动我国农村地区生态环境治理的进程。

The rural ecological environment is the basis for the survival of farmers.The economy in rural areas of China is developing at a high speed,at the same time,a large number of wastes are produced in daily production and life.It also has a great impact on the rural ecological environment,so it is urgent and of great significance to control the rural ecological environment.In view of the problems existing in the process of rural ecological environment governance in China,actions can be carried out from the following six aspects:clear planning and guidance,enhancing environmental awareness,clarifying the relationship between rights and responsibilities,strengthening consultation and communication,strengthening supervision,and increasing investment in science and technology,so as to promote the process of ecological environment governance in rural areas of China.
