SWOT Analysis and Improvement of Pharmaceutical Care in Pediatric Pharmacy of Our Hospital

目的提升医院儿科药房药学服务的质量。方法采用SWOT分析法从优势、劣势、机遇、威胁4个方面分析医院儿科药房药学服务的开展情况,并提出有针对性的发展策略。结果医院全面落实用药交代,加强合理用药宣传,普及用药知识,开展药物治疗监测及药物基因检测等,实现了个体化精准用药;增加处方前置审核,运用信息化技术,可为患儿安全用药保驾护航。结论建议医院应加强对儿科药学服务的重视,建立更完善的儿科药学服务体系;药师应明确自身定位,发扬优势,弥补劣势,积极探索多元的药学服务模式,以促进儿童安全、合理用药。

Objective To improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in pediatric pharmacy of a hospital.Methods SWOT analysis was used to analyze the development of pharmaceutical care in pediatric pharmacy from of the hospital four aspects:strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O) and threats(T),and targeted development strategies were put forward.Results The hospital fully implemented the drug explanation,strengthened the publicity of rational drug use,popularized drug use knowledge,carried out drug treatment monitoring and drug-gene detection to realize the individualized precise medication,and increased the prescription preaudit and information technology to ensure the safe medication for children.Conclusion It is suggested that the hospital should pay more attention to pediatric pharmaceutical care and establish a more perfect pediatric pharmaceutical care system.Pharmacists should clarify their positioning,carry forward their strengths,make up for their weaknesses,and actively explore a diversified pharmaceutical care model to promote children’ s safe and rational drug use.
