摘要
半潜式生产平台是开发南海深水油气田重要的海洋工程装备之一。深水半潜式生产平台具有功能复杂、上部设施规模大等特点,平台的合拢技术给设计和建造提出了重大挑战。本文结合我国深水半潜式平台建设需求和国内现有施工资源情况,对各种类型的合拢技术进行了系统的阐述,重点分析了平台上部组块整体吊装合拢、整体顶升滑移合拢和浮托法合拢等方案的技术特点。最后,对半潜式平台主要合拢技术的适用性进行了探讨。该研究可为未来半潜式生产平台合拢方案的选择提供参考。
Semi-submersible platform is one of the important facilities to develop deepwater oil and gas fields in the South China Sea.The integration technology of the semi-submersible production platform poses a great challenge in the design and construction of the platform due to the complicated functions and large size of the topsides.This paper systematically described major features of different types of integration technologieswith due consideration to the construction requirement of the sem-submersible platform and the domestic existing construction resource m China,focusing on the technical features for the integrated lifting method,the integrated jack-up and skidding method,and the float-over installation method.In addition,it discussed the applicability of the main integration technology for the semi-submersible production platform.This research can provide technical reference for the selection ofthe integration scheme for semi-submersible production platform in the future.
