摘要
本文介绍了一种原油发电机排烟喷射装置的研制方法。为减小原油发电机排出的烟气对平台环境的影响,在排烟管尾部安装排烟喷射装置,使烟气喷射距平台较远距离。以烟雾喷射距离和集束度为目标,对喷射装置排烟道进行流道分析,同时根据所需风量进行风机选型,考虑到设备对主机背压的影响以及产生的振动,确定研制方案并进行设计、制造,检验完成后进行陆地试验和海上安装。应用结果表明,安装该喷射装置后,在无风或风速较小的情况下,可使烟雾喷射15.0m以上距离,并且在此范围内,烟雾集束效果较好。该装置可明显改善平台烟气排放问题,为改善平台工作环境提供了一种解决该问题的方案和设备。
In order to reduce the impact of the smoke discharged from the crude oil generator on the offshore platform,an exhaust smoke injection device was developed and installed at the tail of the smoke exhaust pipe to make the smoke jet far away from the offshore platform.Aiming at the smoke spray distance and concentration,the flow path of the exhaust duct of the ejector was analyzed.Based on the required air volume,the fan was selected.Considering the impact of the equipment on the back pressure of the main engine and the vibration generated,the development scheme for the device was determined and the device was designed and manufactured.After the inspection,the terrestrial test and offshore installation are conducted.The application results show that when the device is installed,the smoke can be sprayed for more than 15.0 m under the condition of no wind or low wind speed.In this range,the effect of smoke cluster is better.It can obviously improve the smoke emission onthe platform and provide a solution and equipment for improving the working environment of the platform.
