摘要
本文针对国家有关部委15年来支持的科研项目,以一些国内海洋深水钻采工程装备和水下设备的研发制造现状为对象,阐述了项目目前的工作进展概况。本文从陈述水下设备系统的构成及研究重要性出发,指出了在水下防喷器组系统、钻井隔水管系统、平台钻机系统研制中,系统性工作的考虑不足和相关改进意见;提出了对水下采油树应用深化及与智能完井技术相结合的建议,以及对深远海钻井船配备和深海控压钻井设备国产化的需求。最后,本文对深水钻采设备国产化“最后一公里”的海试问题提出了思考方案。
In view of the scientific research projects supported by relevant national ministries and commissions in the past 15 years,this paper expounded the current work progress of these projects by focusing on the research and development(RiD)and manufacturing status of some domestic marine deepwater drilling and production engineering equipment and underwater equipment.Starting from stating the composition and research importance of underwater equipment systems,it pointed out the insufficient consideration of systematic work and relevant improvement suggestions in the development of underwater BOP group system,the drilling riser system,and the platform drilling rig system.It proposed suggestions on deepening the application of underwater oil tree(also referred to as Christmas tree)and its combination with the intelligent well completion technology,as well as the requirements for the allocation of offshore drilling ships and the localization of deep-sea pressure control drilling equipment.Finally,it proposed a thinking scheme for the“last kilometer”sea trial of the localization of deepwater drilling and production equipment.
