海上非旋转同步双抬吊技术在大型T梁安装中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 离岸式高桩码头往往通过引桥与陆域连接,引桥结构形式一般为高桩梁板式,上部结构通过架设预应力T梁形成桥面体系,T梁由于重量大、跨度大等特点,通常采用起重船进行安装,施工成本及安全风险较高。针对印尼神华国华爪哇7电厂工程,应用海上非旋转同步双抬吊技术安装T梁,吊装过程通过起落吊臂调整吊距控制T梁安装位置,有效降低了施工安全隐患,为行业内首次应用,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为类似工程的施工提供参考依据。 Offshore piled wharves are usually connected to land area by approach bridge.The approach bridge structure is generally of high pile beam and plate type,and the superstructure forms the bridge deck system by erecting prestressed T beams.Due to the characteristics of a large weight and long span,the T beams are usually installed by crane ships.Therefore,the construction cost and safety risk are high.For Indonesia Shenhua Guohua Java 7 Power Plant Project,the maritime nonrotating synchronous double hoisting technology was applied to install T-beam.During the hoisting process,the lifting distance was adjusted by the ups and downs boom to control the installation position of T-beam,which effectively reduced the construction safety risks.It is the first application in the industry,and has achieved good economic and social benefits,which provides a reference basis for similar engineering construction.
