基于PLC+EMCP云智慧浮岛的开发与设计

摘要 近几年,生态环保设备的自动化、智慧化控制都是环保设备系统的开发与设计制造不可或缺的一部分。水产养殖池塘水域中环境污染是最重要的,本设计主要辅助解决水体环境污染问题,开发设计的人工生态环保的智慧化浮岛。所确定样机浮岛平台主体结构采用圆形设计,整体选择PVC塑料管作为智慧浮岛的整体框架,内嵌包装白色海绵体,突出绿色设计理念;采用PLC接口EMCP云模块进行了智慧化控制系统的硬件设计,并对浮岛PLC程控系统、EMCP云模块接口程序、手机APP智能终端平台系统进行了开发与设计。 In recent years,the automation and intelligent control of eco-environmental protection equipment are an indispensable part of the development,design and manufacture of environmental protection equipment systems.Environmental pollution in the waters of aquaculture ponds is the most important.This design mainly assists in solving the problem of water environmental pollution,and develops and designs artificial ecological and environmentally friendly intelligent floating islands.The main structure of the prototype floating island platform in this article adopts a circular design,and the overall frame of the intelligent floating island is selected by PVC plastic pipes.The white sponge is embedded in the packaging,which highlights the green design concept;the PLC interface EMCP cloud module is used for the intelligent control system Hardware design,and developed and designed the floating island PLC program control system,EMCP cloud module interface program,and mobile phone APP intelligent terminal platform system.
