基于大数据的电铲健康管理系统设计

摘要 依据当前"大数据"、"物联网"快速发展背景,分析了矿山物联网的发展现状和发展趋势,引出了矿山设备的发展历程和发展趋势。根据矿山设备大数据应用现状,结合矿山采掘环节主要设备电铲,阐述了矿山设备制造企业在大数据背景下的三大技术发展方向:大数据健康管理、设备无人操作、全流程一体化设备无人运行。通过分析当前WK系列电铲数据基础问题,并结合电铲数据特点,给出了太重电铲健康管理系统设计方案,同时针对数据采集传输设计了分频传输和数据映射方案,给出了方案细节。 Based on the current background of the rapid development of"big data"and"Internet of Things",the development status and development trend of the Internet of Things in mines are analyzed,and the development history and development trend of mining equipment are introduced.According to the current situation of big data application of mining equipment,combined with the main equipment of mining shovel,the three major technical development directions of mining equipment manufacturing enterprises in the background of big data:big data health management,unmanned operation of equipment,and unmanned operation of the whole process integration equipment.By analyzing the current WK series electric shovel data base problems and combining the characteristics of electric shovel data,the design scheme of Taiyuan Heavy Industry electric shovel health management system is given,and the details of the scheme are given by designing a split-frequency transmission and data mapping scheme for data collection and transmission.
