摘要
从精益生产的概念出发,对某装备生产项目进行系统化分析,提取生产过程中的主要矛盾和瓶颈。以精益生产作为指导思想,针对这些矛盾和瓶颈,应用精益生产现场改善、标准化作业等各种工具,对影响生产效率、成本的各关键要素进行优化改善,从而达到提高工作效率,降低成本,增加产品竞争力的目的。提出的生产优化方案对其他装备生产项目有一定的参考价值。
This paper starts from the concept of lean production,carries on the systematic analysis to the equipment production project,extracts the main contradiction and the bottleneck in the production process.With lean production as the guiding ideology,aiming at these contradictions and bottlenecks,various tools such as lean production site improvement and standardized operation are applied to optimize and improve the key factors affecting production efficiency and cost,and to achieve the purpose of improving work efficiency,reducing cost,and increasing product competitiveness.The production optimization scheme proposed in this paper has certain reference value for other equipment production projects.
