摘要 借用砌体结构中圈梁-构造柱的概念,提出了一种弱框架-轻钢复合墙体装配式房屋结构体系,对该结构体系的基本组成、连接方式及构造措施进行了详细介绍;总结了该结构体系具有装配化程度高、安全裕度大、抗侧刚度和抗侧承载力高、经济效益好等特点,并对其设计理念以及设计步骤进行了阐述;以某宿舍楼实际工程为例,结合有限元分析软件SAP2000建立6层房屋整体结构模型,对其进行反应谱分析和弹塑性动力时程分析;最后剖析了该结构体系在应用过程中面临的主要问题和相应解决对策。结果表明:新型装配式房屋结构体系具有较好的整体性,各项指标均满足中国现行规范要求;在8度罕遇地震下,新型房屋结构体系弹塑性层间位移角满足规范相关规定,抗震性能良好;该新型房屋结构体系符合绿色可持续发展目标和建筑产业化进程,具有较好的推广价值。 Based on the concept of ring beam-structural column in masonry structure, the prefabricated building structure system of weak frame-light steel composite wall was proposed. The basic composition, connection method and construction measures of the structural system were emphatically introduced. The structure system was summarized to have high degree of assembly, large safety margin, high lateral stiffness and lateral load capacity resistance, and good economic efficiency, and the design concept and design steps of the structure system were described. Taking the actual project of a dormitory building as an example, combined with the finite element analysis software SAP2000, the overall structure model of 6-storey building was established, and the response spectrum analysis and elastic-plastic dynamic time history analysis were carried out. Finally, the main problems and corresponding countermeasures in the application of the system were analyzed in-depth. The results show that the new structure system has good integrity, and all indexes meet the requirements of current codes in China. The elastic-plastic inter-story drift ratio of the new structure system meets the relevant provisions of the code under 8-degree severe earthquake, and the seismic performance is good. The new building structure system conforms to the goal of green sustainable development and the process of building industrialization, and it is of good popularization value.
