摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并动脉粥样硬化(AS)是影响SLE患者生存率的重要因素,其发病机制目前尚不明确。因此,建立合适的动物模型对于探索SLE合并AS的病因、发病机制及治疗均有重要意义。本文就目前常用的几种SLE合并AS的动物模型做一简要综述。 Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)complicated with atherosclerosis(AS)is an important reason to seriously affect the survival rate of patients with SLE,and its pathogenesis is not very clear at present. Therefore,the establishment of appropriate animal models is of great significance to explore the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of SLE complicated with AS. In this paper,several commonly used animal models of SLE with AS are reviewed.
