摘要 骨性关节炎(OA)的研究方式正从单纯的由软骨磨损引起的机械性疾病向生物力学、炎症和免疫系统的复杂生物学方向发展。在评估免疫和炎症细胞的作用时,T细胞在OA疾病进展中的作用是一个新兴的研究领域,本文总结了T细胞及其亚群在OA发病过程中的变化和作用,为通过调节T细胞反应防治OA提供了新思路。 Research methods of osteoarthritis(OA)are developing from simple mechanical diseases caused by cartilage wear to the complex biological directions of biomechanics,inflammation and immune system. In evaluating the role of immune and inflammatory cells,the role of T cells in progression of OA disease is a new research field. This paper summarizes the changes and functions of T cells and its subsets in pathogenesis of OA,and provides a new idea for the prevention and treatment of OA by regulating T cell response.
