摘要
间歇性禁食(IF)可引起机体能量代谢过程变化,改善健康状态并影响多种疾病的进程。新近研究显示,间歇性禁食能改变肿瘤细胞能量代谢,抑制其生长并影响机体肿瘤细胞免疫应答。此外,抗PD-1单抗为代表的免疫检查点抑制剂(ICB)疗法会改善肿瘤微环境中T细胞的葡萄糖利用率,提示IF与ICB联合使用在临床肿瘤免疫治疗中具有潜在的应用前景。本文综述了IF与肿瘤细胞免疫的相关研究进展并讨论了仍待阐明的科学问题,以期为IF在临床肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用提供帮助。
Intermittent fasting(IF)can cause changes in the body′s energy metabolism processes,improve health and affect the progression of many diseases. Recent research has shown that IF can alter the energetic metabolism of tumor cells,thereby inhibiting tumor growth,and affect tumor cell-mediated immune responses. In addition,immune checkpoint blockades(ICB)therapy represented by anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies will improve the glucose utilization of T cells in the tumor microenvironment,which suggests that the application of IF combined with ICB has a promising prospect in clinical tumor immunotherapy. This article reviews the current research progression on IF and tumor cell-mediated immunity and discuss some scientific problematics that remain to be clarified,which might provide some help for the application of IF in clinical tumor immunotherapy.
