摘要
介绍了聚乳酸(PLA)产品的分子结构、合成工艺及主要原料丙交酯的发展现状和技术难点。论述了PLA在国内的供需增长和未来的产能规划等市场现状,结合国内外治理塑料污染的政策走向、未来市场需求、关键技术突破情况等PLA产业的发展机遇,对PLA产业未来存在的技术受限、成本和替代等发展风险进行了预测。
As a green substitute for petroleum-based plastics,polylactic acid(PLA)has a very broad market prospect.This paper introduces the main molecular structure of PLA,two main synthetic processes of one-step and two-step methods,and the development status and technical difficulties of lactide at home and abroad,and expounds on PLA market status about domestic supply and demand growth and future capacity planning.Combined with the development opportunities of PLA industry in policy trend of plastic pollution control at home and abroad,future market demand and key technology breakthrough,this paper forecasts the development risks of PLA industry in technology limitation,production cost and product substitution in the future.
