沸腾床渣油加氢裂化石脑油综合利用研究

摘要 分析了沸腾床渣油加氢裂化石脑油馏分(简称沸腾床石脑油)的主要性质,并与焦化石脑油和直馏石脑油的性质进行对比,同时对沸腾床石脑油进行了详细的加氢精制工艺试验。结果表明,沸腾床石脑油比较适合于通过缓和的加氢精制后,作为蒸汽裂解制乙烯装置的原料,也可以通过加氢精制作为催化重整装置的原料,但其芳烃潜含量较低。研究结果为沸腾床石脑油馏分后续加工方案的确定提供了理论依据。 In this paper,the main properties of ebullated-bed residue-hydrocracked naphtha fraction were compared with those of coking naphtha and straight run naphtha.At the same time,the hydrofining process of ebullated-bed residue-hydrocracked naphtha was studied in detail.The results show that the hydrofined naphtha is suitable to be used as feedstock of steam cracking plant for producing ethylene.The hydrofined naphtha also can be sent to catalytic reforming unit despite its low aromatics potential content.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the determination of the subsequent processing plan of the ebullated-bed residue-hydrocracked naphtha fraction.
