摘要
过渡金属硼化物一直被科研工作者们认为是潜在的超硬材料.然而,由于过渡金属硼化物的扩散系数低,很难合成纯相块体材料,以至于不能获得其硬度.利用高温高压法是合成高质量过渡金属硼化物的一种有效的方法,然而利用高温高压法,有时合成的样品容易碎裂,不能对其抛光并进行硬度的测量.以WB为研究对象,利用高温高压法合成了纯相WB.通过控制合成温度分析合成温度对其抛光质量的影响.
Transition metal borides have been considered as potential superhard materials by researchers.However,due to the low diffusivity of transition metal borides,it is difficult to synthesize pure phase bulk materials to obtain their hardness.High temperature and high pressure method is an effective method to synthesize high quality transition metal borides.However,sometimes the synthesized samples are very easy to fracture by high temperature and high pressure method,and the hardness of the synthesized samples cannot be measured.In this paper,pure phase WB was synthesized by high temperature and high pressure method.The influence of synthesis temperature on polishing quality was analyzed.
