陈年白茶感官审评现状浅析

摘要 近年来陈年白茶市场火热,但产品标准缺乏,以次充好现象时有发生。文章简述了陈年白茶感官审评的参考标准,从实际工作角度提出福建陈年白茶感官品质特征、存在的主要品质问题以及审评技巧,以期能进一步提升陈年白茶生产、贸易及评价的标准化。 In recent years,the aged white tea market is booming,but the product standards are lacking,and the phe-nomenon of shoddy white tea has occurred from time to time.The article briefly described the reference standards for sensory evaluation of aged white tea,and proposed the sensory quality characteristics,existing problems and evaluation techniques of aged white tea in Fujian from the perspective of practical work,in order to improve the accuracy of aged white tea trade and communication,promote further standardization of aged white tea.
