Telling Chinese Stories in Academic Discourse

相比政治话语和民间话语,以学术话语讲好中国故事是把握中国对外话语权和主导权的新向度。靠什么争取对外话语权是中华文化走出去亟须破解的难题之一。在构建人类命运共同体的大背景下,以学术话语讲好中国故事是中华文化走出去的重要保障及彰显中国话语体系的基本维度,也是塑造党和国家形象的有效形式。但长期以来,中国的对外话语主要以党和政府为主导,困囿于政治话语的叙述和表达,难以形成讲中国故事的专业性和协同性。因此,要转变观念、构建“三位一体”的中国话语体系,坚持问题导向、以中华文化作为主体内容,以客观柔性为尺度、注重学术话语的讲述方式,延展学术话语的传播时空、探索传播载体的新样态,注重挖潜学术资源和学术平台,以真情讲好中国故事,进而提升讲好中国故事的话语权和主导权。

Compared with political discourse and folk discourse,telling Chinese stories well with academic discourse is a new dimension to grasp China’s foreign language power and dominance.How to talk about academic discourse,what to talk about,who to talk about,and how to solve the problem of“being scolded”in the new era are the urgent problems for Chinese culture to go global.The text expounds the necessity and urgency of telling Chinese stories and spreading Chinese voice with academic discourse,analyzes the situation of less academic discourse at present,and puts forward to change ideas,build a“Trinity”Chinese discourse system,adhere to problem orientation,take Chinese culture and original concepts as the main content of academic discourse,take objective flexibility as the scale Pay attention to the way of telling academic discourse,extend the communication time and space of spreading Chinese stories,explore new forms of“communication carriers”,pay attention to tapping the potential of academic resources and academic platforms,tell Chinese stories with true feelings,and then improve the discourse power and leading power of telling Chinese stories well.
