摘要
从教育大国迈向教育强国,必须坚持走以提高质量为核心的内涵式发展道路。高质量发展指明了基础教育教师专业发展的价值取向。基础教育教师专业高质量发展的校本探究需要融合教育理论的普适性和教育实践的独特性。在理论层面,要梳理推动实现教师专业发展的利益相关者,阐释教育行政力量、教师自身力量以及名师力量等不同主体共同作用于教师专业高质量发展的定位、表现形式及其作用机理。在实践层面,学校要围绕培育“大先生”的目标,通过顶层设计,形成系统规划;夯实课堂与教研,引导教师实践反思;构建多元平台,发挥名师引领等关键举措,实现国家需求、个体需求和供给需求等不同力量的组合,发挥不同主体的多元作用,共同助力教师专业发展,实现全体教师分层与分类个性化成长,形成基于校本视角下科学而又可复制的专业发展路径,为促进教师专业高质量发展提供镜鉴。
To transform China into a country with strong education,we must stick to the road of connotative development centered on improving quality.High quality development indicates the value orientation of teachers’professional development in basic education.The school-based inquiry into the high quality development of teachers’profession in basic education needs to integrate the universality of educational theory and the uniqueness of educational practice.On the theoretical level,according to stakeholder analysis,the mechanism of the joint action of educational administrative force,teachers’own power and famous teachers’power on the high-quality development of teacher specialty should be clarified.On the practical level,the school should focus on the goal of cultivating“Mr.Big”and form a systematic plan through top-level design.Tamp classroom and teaching research,guide teachers to practice reflection;To build multiple platforms,teacher leads the key measures,such as national demand and individual demand and the combination of different forces such as demand and supply,give play to the role of the different main body multiple,common power teachers’professional development,realize all the teachers’stratification and classification of individual growth,formed based on the perspective of school-based science and reproducible professional development path,Thus,it provides mirror for promoting the high-quality development of teachers’profession.
