在超声引导动静脉内瘘经皮血管成形术中选择合适的麻醉方式对于提高患者的依从性和舒适度、改善患者及术者的满意度具有重要意义。目前常用的麻醉方式包括表面麻醉、局部浸润麻醉、神经阻滞麻醉、全身麻醉、多种麻醉方式联合等,了解各种麻醉方式的适应证、优缺点对于在动静脉内瘘经皮成形术中选择合适的麻醉方式尤为重要,本文将探讨上述常见麻醉方式在动静脉内瘘经皮成形术中的应用,并对局部浸润麻醉、腋路臂丛神经阻滞麻醉这2种麻醉方式在动静脉内瘘经皮成形术中的操作技巧予以详细阐述。

The appropriate anesthesia methods in ultrasound-guided percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of arteriovenous access is of great significance for improving patient compliance and comfort,improving patient and surgeon satisfaction.At present,the commonly used anesthesia methods include surface anesthesia,local infiltration anesthesia,nerve block anesthesia,general anesthesia and combination of multiple anesthesia methods,etc.Understanding the indications,advantages and disadvantages of vari⁃ous anesthesia methods is necessary for us to choose appropriate anesthesia method.This article will dis⁃cuss the application of the above anesthesia methods in percutaneous transluminal angioplasty of arteriove⁃nous access.Among them,local infiltration anesthesia and axillary brachial plexus block anesthesia are ideal anesthesia technique,which will be described in detail.
