手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症知识图谱可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Knowledge Map of Manipulation Treatment for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的围绕手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar disc herniation,LDH)的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行知识图谱和可视化分析,了解手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究热点和研究动态,为后续研究提供发展建议和参考。方法检索中国知网数据库2010年1月1日—2020年10月16日期间收录有关"手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症"的相关文献,对纳入文献的文献数量、基金资助、作者和研究机构合作情况、相关文献引文情况、研究热点及动态等方面,利用CiteSpace软件生成相关知识图谱并开展计量学分析。结果共获得2158篇相关文献,其中2011年发文量最多,研究出现白热化;国家自然基金、国家技术支撑项目和国家重点基础研究发展规划是该领域基金资助最多的基金项目;在作者合作方面,核心作者数量占所有发文人数的16.67%,前10位高频被引文献均在2011—2017年发表;合作机构网络中北京、天津、浙江等地形成了协作网络,关键词知识图谱中总共出现关键词575个,其中中心性强的高频关键词(P>0.01)有68个,中心性排名前五位的关键词分别为"椎间盘突出症""推拿""推拿手法""临床研究""手法"。结论"手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症"研究领域已经逐渐成熟,研究内容及方向已趋于稳定,相关的研究团队和机构在全国范围内的影响力还是比较弱,研究作者及机构之间的合作仍需进一步加强。

Objective Based on the literature about manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation,using CiteSpace software for knowledge map and visual analysis,to understand the hot spots and research trends of manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide development suggestions and reference for the follow-up research.Methods Relevant literature about“manual treatment of LDH”included in the CNKI database from January 1,2010 to October 16,2020 was retrieved.The related knowledge map was generated using CiteSpace software and subjected to quantitative analysis on the number of articles included,the funding,cooperation between authors and research institutions,citations of relevant articles,research hot spots and trends,etc.Results A total of 2158 related articles were obtained,of which,the largest number was published in 2011,and the research became heated;The national natural fund,the national technical support project and the national key basic research development plan are the most funded fund projects in this field;In terms of author cooperation,the number of core authors accounted for 16.67%of all articles published,and the top 10 high-frequency cited articles were published from 2011 to 2017.In the cooperative organization network,Beijing,Tianjin,and Zhejiang have formed a cooperative network.A total of 575 keywords appear in the keyword knowledge map,including 68 high-frequency keywords(P>0.01)with strong centrality,with the top five keywords being“disc herniation”,“tuina”,“tuina manipulation”,“clinical research”,and“manipulation”.Conclusion The research field of“manual treatment of lumbar disc herniation”has gradually matured,and the research content and direction have become stable.the related research teams and institutions still have relatively weak influence nationwide.the cooperation between research authors and institutions needs to be further strengthened.
