三酸分步消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱法在土壤样品测定多元素中的应用

摘要 土壤具有基质复杂、有机质含量高和数量大的特点,采用传统的电感耦合等离子体质谱法消解有机质,不仅耗时耗酸量大,而且消解不完全,影响测试精度。为此,文章以硝酸、氢氟酸和高氯酸分布消解的方法,对某矿山的土壤样品进行了试验,结果表明:三酸分步消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法明显减少了耗酸量,简化了试验流程和步骤,不仅缩短了测试时间,提高了测试效率,而且解决了因Cl-含量较高而降低检测精度的问题。 Soil has the characteristics of complex matrix,high content and large amount of organic matter.The traditional inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is not only time-consuming and acid consuming,but also incomplete digestion,which affects the test accuracy.Therefore,the soil samples of a mine were tested by the distributed digestion method of nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid.The results show that the three acid step digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry can significantly reduce the acid consumption,simplify the experimental process and steps,shorten the test time and improve the test efficiency.Moreover,the problem of reducing the detection accuracy due to the High Cl- content is solved.
