本文先对液压油缸的相关内容进行了介绍,然后着重探析了液压支架油缸加工工艺,其中包括小柱堆焊改成焊套方式、外导套缸筒制造工艺改进、活柱修右端中心孔与刚车工艺台、活塞杆两顶加工工艺等,通过下文的探究,以期能为相关人员提供借鉴。

This paper first introduces the relevant contents of the hydraulic cylinder,and then focuses on the processing technology of the hydraulic support cylinder,including the change from small column surfacing to welding sleeve,the improvement of the manufacturing technology of the outer guide sleeve cylinder barrel,the right end center hole of the movable column and the rigid turning process table,the two top processing technology of the piston rod,etc.through the following exploration,it is expected to provide reference for relevant personnel.
