浅谈渗铝管道焊接施工技术

摘要 渗铝管道焊接施工技术已经成为工业制造行业中的一项重要生产技术,其中,使用范围最广泛的是热浸扩散渗铝技术和使用固体粉末包埋渗铝这两种,即"钢基热熔渗铝"。这种方法将金属材料和金属制品放在有一定温度的氯化钠溶液中,在进行一定时间的活动和沉淀后,立即提取出钢基表层的金属分子,并将其再次放入液态铝形态的溶液中,使其再次沉淀,一段时间后,这些金属表面出现一层致密的金属化合物,其中包括分布均匀的致密金属铝层和三氧化二铝的氧化层。 The welding construction technology of aluminized pipeline has become an important production technology in the industrial manufacturing industry.Among them,the two most widely used technologies are hot dip diffusion aluminizing technology and solid powder embedding aluminizing,namely "steel base hot melt aluminizing".In this method,metal materials and metal products are placed in sodium chloride solution with a certain temperature.After a certain period of activity and precipitation,the metal molecules on the surface of steel base are extracted immediately,and they are put into the solution in the form of liquid aluminum again to precipitate again.After a period of time,a layer of dense metal compounds will appear on these metal surfaces,It includes uniformly distributed dense metal aluminum layer and aluminum oxide oxide oxide layer.
