Application of cost valuation method in mining project of a gold mine in production period

基于生产期黄金矿山造价定额与实际发展情况不符的现状,如造价偏高、采矿单价组价困难等问题,研究某生产期黄金矿山采掘工程造价计价方法应用。文章对实际案例进行分析,阐述具体调查实物计价法的计算方式,通过对比造价法,计算两者之间存在的误差,提出具体的参考方式。经过造价对比发现,进行实物调查计价法的单价与实物法之间的降幅为10%~30%之间,其对行业发展有重要作用。

Based on the current situation that gold mine cost norm in production period is not consistent with the actual development situation,such as high cost,difficult mining unit price and other problems,this paper studies the application of mining engineering cost valuation method in a gold mine in production period.The article carries on the analysis to the actual case,expatiates on the concrete investigation object valuation method calculation way,through the comparison cost method,calculates the error that exists between them,proposes the concrete reference way.Through the cost comparison,it is found that the unit price of the physical survey and valuation method decreases by 10% to 30%,which plays an important role in the development of the industry.
