摘要 发电机转轴损坏,会直接影响电机的正常工作,甚至造成重大经济损失。对发电机滑动轴承密封环磨损轴的故障现象及磨损机理的分析。经过逐层排查确定磨损主要因素,并通过故障复现验证因素的正确性,最后根据试验重新选定与转轴相匹配的密封环材料,并提出改进措施,彻底解决轴承密封环与轴发生相互磨损的问题。 The damage of rotating shaft directly affects the normal operation of the motor and even causes great cost losses.In this article,the fault phenomenon and wear mechanism between the sliding bearing seal ring and the shaft are analyzed.The main factors of the wear are determined according to layer by layer investigation,and the correctness of the factors is verified by fault recurrence.Finally,according to the test,the improvement measures such as new material selection of the seal ring are proposed,which completely solves the wear problem.
