从肝脾论治帕金森病便秘

Treatment of Constipation in Parkinson'S Disease From Liver and Spleen

帕金森病是一种多发于中老年的神经系统退行性疾病,便秘作为其非运动症状之一,对生活质量有一定的影响。笔者查阅近年来有关帕金森病便秘的国内外文献,了解了帕金森病便秘的中西医特点,对帕金森病便秘的中医论治方法作出探讨。帕金森病便秘是因肠道菌群失调、α-突触核蛋白、肠道肌张力障碍等原因导致,而肠道菌群失调、肠道肌张力障碍与中医肝脾相关,中医认为肝血不足、肝失疏泄、脾失健运均可导致便秘,又基于中医“肝主筋”及“脾主肌肉”理论,笔者认为从肝脾论治帕金森病便秘效果更好。

Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative disease that often occurs in the middle-aged and elderly.Constipation,as one of its non motor symptoms,has a certain impact on the quality of life.We consulted the domestic and foreign literature on Parkinson's disease constipation in recent years,understood the characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Parkinson's disease constipation,and discussed the TCM treatment methods of Parkinson's disease constipation.Parkinson's disease constipation is due to intestinal flora imbalanceα-Synuclein,intestinal dystonia and other reasons,while the imbalance of intestinal flora and intestinal dystonia are related to the liver and spleen of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that insufficient liver blood,loss of liver drainage and loss of healthy operation of the spleen can lead to constipation.Based on the theory of"liver dominates muscle"and"spleen dominates muscle"of traditional Chinese medicine,we believes that the treatment of constipation of Parkinson's disease from the theory of liver and spleen is better.
