浅谈小儿推拿复式手法“同名异法”现象——以水底捞月为例

“同名异法”现象是指同一名称的复式手法具有多种不同的手法操作记载。水底捞月是小儿推拿复式手法中常用的退热手法,其退热效果显著。本研究以水底捞月为例,从中医模糊观、中医的主观色彩、时间和空间的局限性等方面进行综合分析,探讨小儿推拿复式手法“同名异法”现象出现的原因。小儿推拿复式手法的操作标准化对小儿推拿在临床的运用具有重要意义,对小儿推拿学的发展和国际化具有推动作用。

The phenomenon of"Diffeernt practice for one manipulation"refers to the compound technique with the same name,which has many different operation records."Shui Di Lao Yue"is a commonly used antipyretic technique in infantile massage,and its antipyretic effect is remarkable.This paper takes"Shui Di Lao Yue"as an example,makes a comprehensive analysis from the fuzzy view of traditional Chinese medicine,subjective color of traditional Chinese medicine,and the limitations of time and space,and explores the causes of the phenomenon of"Diffeernt practice for one manipulation"in infantile massage.The standardization of multiple manipulations of infantile massage is of great significance to the clinical application of infantile massage and promotes the development and internationalization of infantile massage.
