软包装全PE单一材料的应用现状

在具有强环保观念的时代及国家关于可持续发展所推出的禁塑令和限塑令的背景下,软包装行业解决塑料白色污染难题与实现软包装环保化迫在眉睫,目前行业主要通过研发可降解塑料包装材料和实现塑料包装回收再利用两大途径,但由于可降解材料的低产能和高成本的问题,在推广应用时受到一定程度的限制,而可回收循环利用的单一材料塑料包装备受软包装行业的关注,本文主要从单一PE的角度阐述单一材料的应用现状。

Under the background of the plastic prohibition and restriction order,it is urgent for the flexible packaging industry to solve the problem of plastic white pollution and realize the environmental protection.At present,the industry mainly through the research and development of degradable materials,the recycling and reuse of plastic packaging,However,due to the low energy yield and high cost of degradable materials,it is limited to a certain extent in application,and the recyclable single type material plastic packaging has attracted the attention of the flexible packaging industry.This paper mainly expounds the application status of single material from the perspective of single PE.
