精神分裂症患者血清β2-微球蛋白、S100β和超敏C-反应蛋白水平与病情的相关性 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨精神分裂症(SCH)患者的血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、钙结合蛋白(S100β)和超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化其与精神障碍病情的相关性。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年10月佛山市第三人民医院精神科100例SCH患者为观察组,依据阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分将SCH患者分为轻度组30例、中度组43例和重度组27例,同期入院检查的50例健康人群为对照组。所有患者入院后第2天清晨空腹静脉采血,比较不同病情患者的血清β2-MG、S100β和hs-CRP水平变化及与病情严重程度的相关性;SCH患者经奥氮平治疗后4周比较不同病情患者的疗效,筛选早期精准判断SCH精神障碍病情和治疗药物疗效的指标。结果:依据PANSS评分分组,所有入选患者治疗前的PANSS得分、β2-MG水平、S100β水平及hs-CRP水平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中PANSS得分与β2-MG水平、S100β水平及hs-CRP水平均呈正相关性;治疗后,疗效差组和疗效好组入院时的PANSS得分、β2-MG水平、S100β水平及hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),轻度组及中度组患者入院时的Logistic得分均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SCH患者的β2-MG、S100β及hs-CRP水平进行早期精准监测对SCH患者病情分析及疗效判断具有重要指导价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of serumβ2-microglobulin,S100βand hypersensitive CRP levels in patients with schizophrenia(SCH)and their mental disorders.Method A total of 100 SCH patients admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Foshan Third People's Hospital from January 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the observation group.According to the PANSS score,SCH patients were divided into 30 cases in the mild group,43 cases in the moderate group and there were 27 cases in the severe group,and 50 healthy people who were admitted to the hospital at the same time as the control group.All patients were taken blood from fasting veins in the morning on the second day after admission.The serum levels ofβ2-microglobulin,S100βand hypersensitive CRP were compared and compared with Correlation of severity of illness;SCH patients were treated with olanzapine for 4 weeks to compare the efficacy of patients with different illnesses,and to screen indicators for early and accurate judgment of SCH mental disorders and the efficacy of therapeutic drugs.Results The results were grouped according to the PANSS score.The PANSS score,β2-MG level,S100βlevel and hs-CRP level before treatment in all selected patients were significantly different(P<0.05),among which PANSS score was related toβ2-MG level,S100βlevel and hs-CRP The level was positively correlated;after treatment,the PANSS score,β2-MG level,S100βlevel and hs-CRP level were significantly different between the poor efficacy group and the good efficacy group at admission(P<0.05).The Logistic scores at admission of patients in the mild and moderate groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Early and accurate monitoring ofβ2-MG,S100βand hs-CRP levels in SCH patients has important guiding value for disease analysis and efficacy judgment of SCH patients.
