摘要
目的:探讨研究肝炎肝硬化患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)水平检测在肝功能评估中的应用。方法:将2019年5月~2020年5月肝炎肝硬化患者中随机选取70例纳入观察组,之后抽取同等例数健康体检者作对比纳入对照组,比较两组检测指标水平。结果:观察组CHE、ALB、TC指标均显著低于对照组,总胆汁酸(TBA)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者参照Child-Pugh分级标准进行A级、B级、C级三级划分,其中,Child B级、C级患者CHE、ALB、TC指标水平显著低于Child A级患者,而TBA指标则显著高于Child A级患者,且患者CHE、ALB、TC随着A级、B级、C级逐渐下降,关系呈负相关;而TBA指标则是随等级划分逐渐提升,关系呈正相关,组间数据比较,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝炎肝硬化患者应用CHE、ALB、TC指标评估其肝功能,病情得以有效诊断,且还有利于区分患者肝脏受损程度,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the application of Serum Total Cholesterol(TC),albumin(ALB)and serum Cholinesterase(CHE)in the assessment of liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis.Method In this study,70 patients with liver cirrhosis who were admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were randomly enrolled into the observation group,and then the same number of health examinees were selected for comparison into the control group,and the detection index levels of the two groups were compared.Results CHE,ALB and TC of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,TBA of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the patients in the observation group were divided into grade A,grade B and grade C accolding to the child pugh classification standard,among them,the levels of CHE,Alb and CHO in patients with Child B and C were significantly lower than those in patients with Child A,while the levels of TBA were significantly higher than those in patients with Child A,and the relationship between CHE,ALB and TC decreased with grade A,B and C,the relationship was negative correlated.However,TBA index increased gradually with the grade classification,the relationship was positive,and there were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Liver function was evaluated by Che,Alb and Cho in patients with liver cirrhosis.The diagnosis was effective and the degree of liver damage could be distinguished.
