舒适护理对血液透析患者并发症率和舒适度的改善分析

Analysis of comfort nursing on improving complication rate and comfort of hemodialysis patients

目的:探讨舒适护理对血液透析患者并发症率和舒适度改善的影响。方法:以2017年9月~2019年9月为时间基准在天津医科大学第二医院所有血液透析患者当中随机收集66例作为本次研究的对象,将其按照“随机数字分组法”分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,观察组患者采用舒适护理干预,对比两组患者的生活质量以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者精神评分(71.33±4.62)分、社会评分(72.92±4.91)分、心理评分(70.72±4.81)分以及生理评分(69.84±4.11)分均高于对照组患者的(58.41±3.31)分、(55.23±3.72)分、(54.21±4.31)分、(56.34±3.21)分,并发症发生率6.06%低于对照组患者的30.30%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在血液透析中的效果显著,不仅能够降低并发症发生率,还能够提升患者的生活质量,改善患者的舒适度,具有较高的应用价值和推广价值,值得在临床上进行实施和开展。

Objective To analyze and discuss the improvement of comfort nursing on complication rate and comfort of hemodialysis patients.Method From September 2017 to September 2019 as the time benchmark,66 cases of hemodialysis patients in our hospital were randomly collected as the object and subject of this study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the“dynamic random grouping method”,with 33 patients in each group.The former was given routine nursing intervention,while the latter was given comfortable nursing intervention.The quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The mental score(71.33±4.62),social score(72.92±4.91),psychological score(70.72±4.81)and physiological score(69.84±4.11)of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(58.41±3.31)、(55.23±3.72)、(54.21±4.31)、(56.34±3.21).The incidence of complications in observation group(6.06%)was lower than that in control group(30.30%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing has obvious effect in hemodialysis,which can not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also greatly improve the quality of life and comfort of patients.It has high application value and popularization value,and is worthy of clinical implementation and development.
