摘要 为提高碰撞工况下乘员约束系统仿真计算的准确度,对副驾驶员PAB安全气囊有限元模型进行试验对标。介绍了安全气囊冲击试验原理、试验设备组成、试验参数设置,对不同规格的PAB副驾驶员安全气囊进行静态展开试验、动态冲击试验。在LS-DYNA软件中建立有限元模型,对气囊气体发生器、气袋织布泄气性、动态冲击刚度进行对标。结果表明,仿真与试验曲线基本吻合,对标质量满足要求,可为有限元乘员约束系统仿真计算开发提供支持。 To improve the accuracy of occupant restraint system calculation under vehicle crash conditions,a series of passenger side airbags in the finite element model were benchmarked with test results. The principle of airbag impact test,the composition of test equipment,and the settings of test parameters are introduced. The passenger side airbags of different sizes were tested in static expansion test and dynamic impact test. The finite element models were built in LS-DYNA software to benchmark the gas generator,the deflation of the fabric,and the dynamic impact stiffness. The results show that the simulation and test curves are in good agreement,and the benchmarking quality meets the requirements, which can provide support for the finite element simulation of the occupant restraint system.
