摘要
以国内某半潜式油气生产平台船体制造流程为研究对象,阐述具有典型意义的ECRS流程改善方法在船体制造中的应用实践。通过剖析ECRS流程改善方法 4项原则的内涵,评估其实施影响,分析研究ECRS流程改善方法在半潜平台的船体制造过程中的改善效果。
Taking the hull manufacturing process of a domestic semi-submersible oil and gas production platform as the research object, this paper expounds the application practice of typical eliminate, combine, rearrange and simplify(ECRS)process improvement method in hull manufacturing. By analyzing the connotation of the four principles of ECRS process improvement method and evaluating its implementation impact, the improvement effect of ECRS process improvement method in the hull manufacturing process of semi submersible platform is analyzed and studied.
