经皮穴位电刺激技术在体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术中镇痛的影响观察

Observation of the effect of percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on analgesia during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and egg retrieval

目的探讨经皮穴位电刺激技术在体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术中镇痛的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月于本院接受取卵手术的患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组采用安慰剂电刺激治疗,观察组采用经皮穴位电刺激技术治疗,比较两组镇痛情况、胚胎实验室指标及临床效果。结果观察组疼痛评级指数、视觉模拟评分、现存疼痛强度均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组获卵率、2PN受精率、2PN卵裂率、优质胚胎率比较差异无统计学意义。结论接受体外受精-胚胎移植取卵术患者予以经皮穴位电刺激技术,可发挥良好镇痛作用,治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation on analgesia during in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and egg retrieval. Methods From November 2019 to November 2020, 66 patients who underwent egg retrieval operations in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was treated with placebo electrical stimulation and the observation group was treated with transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation technique. The analgesia, embryo laboratory indicators and clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The pain rating index, visual analog score, and existing pain intensity in observation group were lower than the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in egg retrieval rate, 2 PN fertilization rate, 2 PN cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate between two groups.Conclusion For patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer and egg retrieval, the percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation technique can exert good analgesic effect and improve the therapeutic effect.
