口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的效果及对患者语言功能和咀嚼功能的影响

Effect of dental implant repair on dentition defect and its effect on patients’ language function and masticatory function

目的探究口腔种植修复治疗对牙列缺损的疗效及对患者语言功能、咀嚼能力的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的92例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,各46例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用口腔种植修复治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后患者语言功能、咀嚼功能及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组的84.78%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组语言功能、美观度和咀嚼有效率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组语言功能、美观度评分及咀嚼有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.17%,低于对照组的19.57%(P<0.05)。结论应用口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损患者,可提高临床疗效,改善患者语言功能、咀嚼功能,并降低并发症发生率,效果理想。

Objective To explore oral implant repair on the curative effect of dentition defect, and its effect on patients’ language function and masticatory ability of patients. Methods 92 patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and the observation group was treated with oral implant repair. The clinical efficacy, language function, masticatory function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.83%, which was higher than 84.78% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in language function, aesthetics and masticatory efficiency between the two groups;after treatment, the language function, aesthetic score and effective masticatory rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.17%, which was lower than 19.57% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of oral implant repair in the treatment of patients with dentition defect can improve the clinical curative effect, improve the patients’ language function and masticatory function, and reduce the incidence of complications.
