摘要
文中以用户体验为出发点,研究用户体验导向下的APP个性化界面设计,以提升界面的用户体验。APP个性化界面设计中界面定位阶段用于确定界面设计的整体方向;用户研究阶段是以确定界面定位为前提,构建用户角色模型,获取用户需求;需求分析阶段是利用基于Kano模型的客户需求分析法筛选用户需求;信息架构与任务流程阶段是按照筛选后的用户需求设计界面整体组织结构,描绘用户任务执行流程;界面线框图设计阶段是以信息架构与任务流程阶段为基础,构建线框界面;界面视觉设计阶段是丰富线框界面,制作高清真实的界面原型;界面原型测试评估阶段用于测试评估高清、真实的界面原型;开发和运营阶段是完成测试后进入开发流程。实验结果表明,文中方法设计的APP个性化界面能够提升界面的用户体验,具有较好的应用效果。
Taking user experience as the starting point,an APP personalized interface design oriented toward user experience is studied to improve the user experience of the interface.In the interface positioning stage of the APP personalized interface design,the overall direction of interface design is determined.In the user research stage,on the premise of determining the interface positioning,the user role model is built and user demand is obtained.In the demand analysis stage,the customer demand analysis method based on Kano model is used to screen the user demand.In the stage of information architecture and task flow,the overall organizational structure of the interface is designed according to the filtered user needs,and the task execution process of users is described.In the design stage of the interface wireframe,the wireframe interface is constructed based on information architecture and task flow stage.In the interface visual design stage,the wireframe interface is enriched and high⁃definition real interface prototype is made.In the test and evaluation stage of interface prototype,the high⁃definition real interface prototype is tested and evaluated.In the development and operations phase,the development process is performed after testing.The experimental results prove that the APP personalized interface designed by this method can improve the user experience of the interface,which has a certain application effect.
