基于OTN组播的超高清视频传送方案研究

Transport performance optimization of BTV based on OTN multicast

4K超高清视频直播对网络分组丢失和时延抖动有较高的要求,OTN组播是基于OTN管道和ODU交叉复制的高品质传送方案,与超高清视频直播业务特征相匹配。本文首先引入直播视频传送指标和评测方法,提出了OTN组播传送方案,并结合网络进行试点验证,通过实测数据对OTN组播的关键传送指标和体验指标进行研究,最后,对方案的部署成本进行了测算。

The ultra high defi nition live video is very sensitive with packet loss and jitter of traffi c.However there are some packet loss risks in current packet network.So OTN multicast,which is based on OTN hard pipe and cross copy technologies,is proposed to get better UHD video experience.We take a trial in real network and collect amount of data,then contrast analysis is done between OTN multicast solution and traditional one.At last we give a cost model and an initial estimate for the total network.
