湛若水对陈白沙心学体系的阐发与构建

Zhan Ruoshui’s Elucidation and Construction of the Chen Baisha School of the Study of the Mind

湛若水在江门学派的传承、发展中具有非常重要的地位和作用。他对陈白沙学术思想的阐发和构建,使陈白沙心学的宇宙生成论、本体论和工夫论形成了完备的理论体系。宇宙生成论方面,湛若水阐发了陈白沙的元气论、气化论,以之作为陈白沙心学体系的物质基础;本体论方面,湛若水以道体和心体作为陈白沙心学本体论的两个支点,以贯通心体与道体作为本体论体系的核心目标,形成了“本体自然”的体用关系;工夫论方面,湛若水阐发了陈白沙以道体诠释心体的体认路径、随处体认天理的治学方法及勿忘勿助的体证工夫,建构了完备的工夫论体系。

Zhan Ruoshui played a very important role in the inheritance and development of the Jiangmen School.His elucidation and construction of Chen Baisha’s academic thought rendered complete the theoretical system of Chen’s theory,including the theory of cosmogenesis,ontology and the theory of learning through intuition.On cosmogenesis,Zhan elucidated Chen Baisha’s theories of vitality and gasification,taking them as the material basis of Chen Baisha’s system of the study of the mind.In terms of ontology,Zhan took the system of Tao and the study of the mind as the two fulcrum points of Chen’s ontology,and took the connection between the Tao and the mind as the core goal of his ontology system,forming a essence-function relationship between noumemon and nature.Regarding the theory of learning through intuition,Zhan elucidated Chen’s way of interpreting the mind by means of Tao and principles,his way of learning through understanding the principles everywhere,and his spontaneous way of experiencing and identifying with the heavenly principles,thus establishing a complete system of the theory of learning through intuition.
