体外冲击波治疗膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征的疗效观察

Therapeutic efficiency of extracorporeal shock wave on mediopatellar plica syndrome of knee joint

目的探讨体外冲击波治疗膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月至2020年1月本院收治的60例膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征患者,按随机数字表法分为体外冲击波治疗组(ESWT组)和对照组,各30例。ESWT组采用体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用脉冲短波治疗,比较两组治疗前及治疗3周后Lysholm膝关节功能评分(LKSS)和VAS评分。结果治疗后,两组LKSS评分均高于治疗前,VAS评分均低于治疗前,且ESWT组LKS、VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波治疗膝关节髌内侧滑膜皱襞综合征疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficiency of extracoporeal shock wave on mediopatellar plica syndrome(MPS) of knee joint. Methods 60 patients with medial patellar synovial plica syndrome of knee joint treated in our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected, they were divided into extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT) group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The ESWT group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, while the control group received pulse short wave therapy, Lysholm knee function score(LKSS) and VAS score were compared between the two groups before treatment and 3 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment, the LKSS score of the two groups were higher than before treatment, and the VAS score were lower than before treatment, and LKSS score, VAS score in ESWT group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave is effective in the treatment of knee medial patellar synovial fold syndrome, which is worthy of clinical application.
