无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的效果观察

Observation on the effect of high frequency electrotome in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps under painless digestive endoscopy

目的探究无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年12月本院收治的1 000例胃肠息肉患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各500例。常规组采用普通消化内镜下高频电刀治疗,研究组采用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗。比较两组术中失血量、手术时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间、疼痛程度、胃泌素、胃动素、临床疗效、并发症发生率、复发率及满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组术中失血量少于常规组,VAS评分低于常规组,手术时间、术后肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组胃泌素、胃动素均高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率及复发率均低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论无痛消化内镜下实施高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉患者,具有操作简单、疼痛轻、失血量少、术后康复快、并发症少、复发率低等优势,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods 1 000 patients with gastrointestinal polyps treated in our hospital from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups, with 500 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with high frequency electrotome under general digestive endoscopy, and the study group was treated with high frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy. The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative bowel sound recovery time, hospital stay, degree of pain, gastrin, motilin, clinical efficacy, incidence of complications, recurrence rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05). The intraoperative blood loss and VAS score in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,and the operation time, postoperative bowel sound recovery time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.05). Gastrin and motilin in the study group were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion High frequency electrotome under painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps has the advantages of simple operation, light pain, less blood loss, rapid postoperative recovery, less complications and low recurrence rate. It has significant curative effect and high patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
