动脉内尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of intra-arterial urokinase thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨动脉内尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月本院收治的急性脑梗死患者102例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各51例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合动脉内尿激酶溶栓治疗。比较两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力评分及血管再通情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3、15 d,研究组NIHSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ADL评分及血管再通率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用动脉内尿激酶溶栓治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,能改善患者神经功能缺损情况,提高日常生活能力与血管再通率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intra-arterial urokinase thrombolysis therapy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as study subjects and they were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the study group was treated with intra-arterial urokinase thrombolytic therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect, neurological function defect score, daily life ability score and vascular recanalization were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). 3,15 d after treatment, the NIHSS scores of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The ADL score and vascular recanalization rate of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy with intra-arterial urokinase is effective in patients with acute cerebral infarction, which can improve the neurological defect of patients, improve their daily life ability and vascular retraction rate, and it is worthy of clinical application.
