分析针对脑梗死患者开展站立桌辅助上肢作业治疗的临床疗效

Analyze the clinical efficacy of standing desk-assisted upper limb occupational therapy for patients with cerebral infarction

目的分析针对脑梗死患者开展站立桌辅助上肢作业治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月本院收治的55例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组(n=27)和治疗组(n=28)。常规组开展传统的坐位下上肢作业功能训练干预,治疗组实施站立桌辅助上肢作业治疗,比较两组活动功能评分、上肢运动功能评分、平衡功能评分、并发症发生率及治疗优良率。结果治疗前,两组活动功能评分(MBI)、上肢运动功能评分(FMA)及平衡功能评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,治疗组活动功能评分、上肢运动功能评分及平衡功能评分明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗优良率高于常规组,并发症发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论站立桌辅助上肢作业治疗脑梗死的效果十分显著,可提高患者的活动能力及水平,并改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of standing table-assisted upper limb operation for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 55 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into conventional group(n=27) and treatment group(n=28). The conventional group carried out the traditional sitting position upper limb operation function training intervention. The treatment group was treated with standing table assisted upper limb operation. The activity function score, upper limb motor function score, balance function score, complication rate and excellent and good treatment rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the balance function score, upper limb motor function score and activity function score before treatment between the two groups;after treatment, the balance function score, upper limb movement function score and activity function score in the treatment group were higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The excellent and good rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of standing table assisted upper extremity operation on cerebral infarction is very significant.It can improve the activity ability and level of patients, and improve the quality life of patients.
