肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗儿童股骨远端骨折的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of proximal humeral locking plate in the treatment of distal femoral fracture in children

目的评价肱骨近端锁定钢板(LPHP)内固定治疗儿童股骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法2010年3月~2014年6月间收治的股骨远端粉碎性骨折患儿20例,均接受LPHP治疗,并进行随访,平均随访时间41.7个月(24~60个月)。结果所有患儿均无并发症发生,患儿膝关节稳定性良好,活动范围可,愈合时间8~12周,平均10.3周。患肢X线分析显示,LPHP可随股骨生长而延长,所有患儿均获得良好的最终疗效,除2例术后1周发生伤口感染外,其余患儿均顺利取出钢板,无明显并发症,无需翻修手术。结论LPHP是治疗儿童股骨远端粉碎性骨折的一种安全有效的内固定方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of proximal humeral locking plate(LPHP)internal fixation in the treatment of distal femoral fractures in children.Methods 20 children with comminuted fractures of distal femur treated with LPHP from 2010 to 2014 were prospectively followed up.All patients were treated with LPHP and followed up.The average follow-up time was 41.7 months(24-60 months).Results No postoperative complications occurred in this group.All patients had good knee joint stability and a good range of motion.The healing time was 8-12 weeks,with an average of 10.3 weeks.X-ray analysis of the affected limb showed that LPHP could be prolonged with the growth of femur,and all patients achieved good final curative effect.Except for 2 cases of wound infection one week after operation,the other patients successfully removed the steel plate without obvious complications,which is worthy of clinical attention and does not need revision operation.Conclusion LPHP is a safe and effective internal fixation method for the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal femur in children.
