摘要 先天性心脏病组织的微小脆弱及解剖结构的复杂多变增大了心外科医师进行手术的难度。因此,只有扎实的理论基础、丰富的手术经验及个体化地掌握病理结构才能保证手术的成功修复。先天性心脏病3D打印模型的出现让心外科医师有机会安全而高效地训练手术技能,全面且直观地了解解剖结构,有效地提高手术成功率。 Complex heterogeneity of anatomy and fragile tissue of congenital heart disease make repairing the lesions difficult for surgeons.At the same time,only hard professional competence,extensive surgical experience and mastering the specific pathological anatomy can ensure the successful repair of surgery.The emergence of 3 D printing model of congenital heart disease provides surgeons with the opportunity to improve their ability of surgical operation more safely and effectively,and provides an effective platform for preoperative planning to complete the operation preferably.
