摘要
为解决湿地水生植物季节性收割作业量大、机械化程度低等问题,研发了一种能够在复杂条件下收获挺水植物和沉水植物的湿地轻型两栖式多功能工作机。对工作机的关键部件切割器进行数学建模与运动学分析,应用ADAMS软件仿真分析得到了切割器工作过程中割刀位移、速度和加速度随时间的变化关系。
In order to solve the problems of large amount of engineering and low mechanization of seasonal harvesting of aquatic plants in wetlands, a wetland light amphibious multifunctional working machine with the performance of harvesting submerged plants and large areas of emerging plants under complex terrain conditions is developed. Mathematical modeling and kinematics analysis of the key component of the working machine tool are carried out, and the ADAMS software simulation is used to analyze the relationship between the cutter’s displacement, speed and acceleration during the cutter’s work.
