摘要 针对核电站一回路水压试验,需设计一套超压保护方案,避免超压导致一回路关键设备寿命缩短以及承压边界破损,提高试验安全性。针对EPR机组技术特点,结合CPR机组经验,通过逻辑设计、设备选型以及风险应对措施分析,提出了一套安全、稳定、方便的水压试验超压保护方案。经分析及实际应用表明该方案设计原理正确,各项控制措施恰当,可为后续EPR机组建设提供一定参考。 Aiming at the hydrostatic test of primary circuit in nuclear power plant, it is necessary to design a set of overpressure protection scheme to avoid shortening the life of key equipment in primary circuit and damage of pressure boundary caused by overpressure, and improve the test safety. According to the technical characteristics of EPR unit, combined with the experience of CPR unit, a safe, stable and convenient overpressure protection scheme for hydrostatic test is put forward through logical design, equipment selection and risk response measures analysis. The analysis and practical application show that the design principle of the scheme is correct and the control measures are appropriate, which can provide some reference for the subsequent EPR unit construction.
