摘要
焊接工艺直接决定了天线振子中叶片与外导体之间的安装角度精度,对天线振子极化技术指标的实现起着关键作用,是振子加工成型过程中的关键工序。针对某型号产品中正交双极化天线振子的钎焊工序,进行了统计过程控制的应用研究,采用均值-标准差、均值-极差控制图对安装角度的数据稳定性进行了分析,对焊接工序能力指数Cpk进行了评估,为指导后续大批生产提供重要技术支撑。
As a key process, the welding quality determines the accuracy of installation angle between blade and outer conductor of dipole antenna, which plays a crucial role in the realization of polarization index. In the paper, the research of the application of statistical process control in the welding process of orthogonal dual polarization dipole antenna is carried out. The X-S control chart and X-R control chart are adopted to analyze the stability of installation angle. Furthermore, the process capability index of welding process is calculated and evaluated. This paper provides an important technological approach for mass production.
