双侧上肢作业训练对轻度脑卒中患者上肢功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察在常规训练的基础上进行双侧上肢作业训练对轻度脑卒中患者上肢功能的康复效果。方法:选择轻度脑卒中患者40例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组20例,两组均进行常规康复训练,对照组进行患侧上肢作业训练,试验组进行双侧上肢作业训练。分别于治疗前后对两组患者采用上肢运动状态评估量表(MSS)和上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)进行评定,对日常生活活动(ADL)能力采用改良的Barthel指数(MBI)进行评定。结果:治疗后,两组MSS、ARAT、MBI均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05);试验组治疗后MSS评分、ARAT评分均优于较对照组(P<0.05)、MBI较对照组无明显改善(P>0.05)。结论:双侧上肢作业训练能够有效的改善轻度脑卒中患者上肢的运动功能,提高ADL能力。 Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of bilateral upper limb training on upper limb function in patients with mild stroke.Methods:Forty patients with mild stroke were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 20 cases each.Routine rehabilitation training was carried out in the control group and upper limb operation training in the affected side and bilateral upper limb operation training in the experimental group.The upper limb motor state assessment scale(MSS)and upper limb movement research scale(ARAT)were used to evaluate the ability of daily life activity(ADL)and the improved Barthel index(MBI)were used to evaluate the ability of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,The scores between the two groups MSS、ARAT、MBI were statistically significant(P<0.05);The MSS score and ARAT score of the experimental group were statistically significant(P<0.05)and the MBI was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bilateral upper limb training can effectively improve the upper limb motor function and ADL ability of patients with mild stroke.
